All products are non-refundable.
Return for exchange products only available if customers received a wrong item or in a damaged or defective condition.
Please contact us for return request. You are require to send your Order ID and a photo of the item’s condition to the us to request for return within 7 days after delivery.
Once your order is entitled to return for exchange, please return the items in its original condition, and we will replace the items for you.
